I guess everybody is facing this situation at one point in your life…

Your kids leave and the apartment your living in turns from too small to too large. Next idea is to move into a smaller apartment. You are a couple again 🙂 and different values become important as the distance to kindergarten and schools. As well your living could look different from today. All in all: a perfect situation.

The drawback: you discover that there is no chance to take all your beloved belongings with you. You have to forsake old objects of virtue and say good by. On the other hand there are many objects (not of any virtue) that filled your storage space for years – or even the storage space itself is crying to be left behind…
